Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through the AtomicOSINT application and web checkout surfaces ("Service"). Direct web checkout transactions are processed by Stripe.

2. Subscription Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date. After 14 days, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Subscriptions purchased through an app store are subject to that store's refund policies. To request a refund for an Apple App Store purchase, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Subscription fees after the 14-day refund window has passed.
• Partial billing periods (we do not prorate refunds for mid-cycle cancellations).
• Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of the Terms of Service.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a direct Stripe purchase, contact us at the address below within the 14-day refund window with:

• Your account email address.
• The date of purchase.
• A brief description of the issue.

5. Processing Time

Approved direct Stripe refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. App store refunds are processed by the applicable app store. A full refund, or a payment dispute, ends access to paid features when we receive it.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a direct Stripe subscription through the account billing portal or by contacting support@atomicosint.app. Cancellation prevents renewal at the end of the current billing period. Requesting deletion of your account cancels a direct Stripe subscription immediately. App store subscriptions must be canceled through the applicable app store account controls.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. The current version is always available in the app and at our website.
